Description: The defendant was charged with the possession of drugs in the city of Rochester based on an admission he made to the police. During a pre-trial hearing I established that at the time of the admission the defendant was in police custody and the question was unlawful. As such the admission was suppressed and the charges dismissed.

Description: The defendant was charged with driving while intoxicated in Town Court. After a bench trial the defendant was found not guilty of driving while intoxicated.

Description: The defendant was charged with a crime at a local hospital. The case was dismissed in the interest of justice because I was able to show the Court that at the time of the incident the defendant did not have the mental capacity to form the intent needed to be charged with a crime.
