Mark Foti is a general practitioner, primarily focused on criminal defense litigation. He has handled thousands of criminal cases. He is an attorney experienced in obtaining favorable plea bargains and defending clients at trial.
Adjunct Professor and Lecturer
Mark Foti is currently an adjunct professor teaching Forensic Law at SUNY Brockport. He has previously taught in the Trial Advocacy program at SUNY Buffalo Law School. He has also taught various Continued Legal Education (CLE) courses on various topics for practicing attorneys.
Legal Community Involvement
Mark Foti currently serves as the 7th Judicial District Representative to the New York State Bar Association Criminal Justice Section. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Monroe County Bar Association (MCBA). He also serves on the Monroe County Crime Lab Advisory Panel and the MCBA Assigned Counsel Plan Revision Task Force. He has previously served two terms as the Chair of the MCBA Criminal Justice Section.
